What are you trying to register it to ? If it is a 2001 model as you say I do not know where you are trying to register it. If you are looking for the camera driver than just do a web search for this model.

This is going to take patience and maybe the user guide. To turn on the Digivue 1.3, follow these steps: Connect to Your PC: Connect the standard USB cable (supplied) to a free USB socket on your PC. The end of the USB cable should be connected to the socket on the back of the USB digidock. Important: Do not connect any of the cabling provided with the Digivue before commencing the software installation.
