Try flashing the newest BIOS. Looks like there were some unreported memory errors for the first couple of BIOS versions.

It shows that the Max Memory that it supports is 768mb, It is possible that the memory doesn't want to work together.

Try putting them in, leaving a slot open in the middle. Duo module in slot 0 and single in slot 1.
If doesn't work try the opposite way around.

It could be a failing power supply, but here's a good article to help you diagnose the issue. A local computer technician will be able to load test your power supply if you take it in to them and let you know quickly if that is indeed the problem, in which case it's fairly inexpensive to remedy.
Otherwise I would guess a boot issue of some kind.
