Flames are merely particulates that are heated enough to glow. If a fuel is burning cleanly there will be no visible flames.

One side of my grill does not light. The other burner lights just fine. How do I fix this? Is. There a place I can bring it for repair?

If you stored it outside, chances are an insect took residence in the gas tube. It is rather hard, but you can remove the 6 screws holding the crome surface from the body of the grill. With this removed, you will be able to see if the gas passages are clear. You can even remove the gas jet ans make sure it is not plugged up.

Having trouble cleaning the plates after we grill

when it's hot lay wet paper towels on them.. no soap remove towels when they stop sizzle. Now just make them wet and sprinkle coarse salt on the grills and scrub with a short brissle wok brush.. the kind with the stiff bambo brissels... remember no soap to clean and no pam when you cook just oil and keep very very clean and it will never get dirty. you may have to keep grill on low untill ready to clean or reheat before cleaning.

No propane flow to grill using bulk bottle system.

the office that is open on the bottom of the burner sound like a spider has taken home to.. the hole.... This happened to mine. a small pipe cleaner or wire will break it up...try that. also did you feel the top of the tank regulator and see if it has froze. try turning the tank upside down and turn the unit on.... this may also help by forcing the spider debris out.

Left burner produces a normal

Hi inomura...
Look at the left burner, pipe, air hole adjustment, etc because it is operating good.
You will see a difference to it compared to the on the right.
The right pipe, air hole, or the length the pipe that are iserted in the gas control valve is different from the left.
The yellow flame indicates that not enough air is getting to the flame getting to the right flame ignition point.
The left flame is nice and blue...normal, the right is yellow indicating that not enough air is getting to the flame ignition point...look to see if the air hole adjustment is different than the one on the left...there is something open more or less, improperly adjusted.
Once you have it adjusted properly the right flame will burn bright blue just as it does on the left.

One burner won't light

on my Roadtrip when the left side burner would not light, I found that the screws holding that control in place had come loose; I tightened them and again checked for propane leaks with the standard soapy water solution and the burner has been working since then!

I have a Coleman Roadtrip

The problem you're having could be the result of a faulty regulator. Replacing the Hose/Regulator Assembly should solve the problem. You can pick one up at any home center or hardware store that sell grills and accessories for about $30.00.

Hope this helped you and happy grilling. Thanks for choosing FixYa.
