Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad. Does show any code on the screen like C0500 or something like that try turning it on with the stop button held down to reset the fuser (THE HOT PART) also check make sure the electrical plug is plugged into the machine tight and snug, if not sound like a power supply problem, might want to get a konicaminolta tech to come out a look at it.
