The mechanism of your watch is designed the way that it only rotates counterclockwise.However the stem should be pulled out, it could just be stuck but in order to adjust the time, you should pull it out.If you want to, you may bring the catch to a watch repair specialist and have the stem cleaned to that if you need to set the time, it will be easy to adjust it.
Be careful not to use anything sharp like a blade, you may risk remove the stem handle.

No manual, just this. You can however just search by the number of buttons, 2 , 4 or 4. They are all the same. Google 4 button chronograph watch manual
