is the copying ok? if yes then reload the print driver .it is causing the problem.if copying is also blankthen check the processing unit. the charge roller might be facing some problem or the developer gears might be worn out .

it doest come with HDD .so i dont think u can save email there

changing settings for admin/default email account. goto user tools the settings are either in interface or network.
for specific users goto user tools>admin>adress book > select the user and in there it will be in email settings.
of course this is all much easier from the web interface. just put the ip into a browser window and go from there!

For adding a new user you need to open the browser and open the adderss book. Than just folow the steps.

Swithing off and on do not solve your problem.
Make sure that you do not have any sort of paper in the ADF.
If you are sure that you do not have any paper, you probably have a faulty paper sensor.

The Sc 121 means that the scanner that moves underneath the glass and illuminates your document and "scans" it did not return to its "home " position. There is a sensor under the glass towards the rear left corner that tells the copier when to stop the return of the scanner and establishes the scanner is it the correct position to begin its next scan. For both safety and image precision the copier HAS to know the scanner has returned home. You have a fairly new copier and I would not expect to see this error code on such a new machine.You may have a dirty/bad sensor, the motor that drives the scanner forward and back may be bad,you may have a mechanical bind that the motor cannot overcome, or the circuit board that is responsible for processing these inputs and ouputs may have went on vacation.I know I have defined the code and established the variables but have not given you a fix. Unfortunately I'm here and the device is there. I cannot provide you with any tests or tricks for this as this is area that is very delicate and precise and an end user is not prepared to mess with. All this is predicated on the assumption you have actually turned the RED main power swith off and back on to attempt to reset the code.If you are unsure of the location of the true main power switch then simply unplug the copier, and then re-energize. The code MAY reset. I wish I were more help, but at least if you have to have an on site service visit you may know right now more than the tech does when they walk in the door. You can send fax from your computer by installing a driver (LAN-FAX driver). You can download it from the web site of Ricoh.com (it is free).
About the scanner you need to decide if you want to do scan-to-folder or scan-to-email.
In all cases you need to create users so you can have a destination to send your scanners.

You have a switch stuck or broke in the tray that sees the paper look around youll find it.

To disable a confirmation report each time you fax, you need to make a change in the Parameter Settings. To do this, perform the following:

• Press User Tools
• Using the up and down arrows, select Fax Features
• Press OK
• The "switch" you need to modify is switch #3.
  
• After hitting OK, use the arrows to scroll down to switch 03.
  
• Once there, press 00
• Press User Tools

Your machine is now set up to fax without printing a confirmation report. The transaction will still be stored and can be made part of a more general report.

You can't change the speed, but you can change the scanner resolution and that will make scanning a little bit faster. This machine has a DOCUMENT SCANNER which is very fast. If the machine has a network printer/scanner option then there is NO NEED of software and drivers on the PC and then the scanning is made for nothing more then a SECOND for A4 page (no matter of scannig options).

Symptom: The localization settings in the nonvolatile ROM and RAM are different (SP5807).
Possible Cause:
- First machine start after the NVRAM is replaced
- Incorrect localization setting
- NVRAM defective

i told yo before press bottom beside cancel yellow and choose printer features and seach about net work yo see ip address and sub net mask and defult gatway

program it through web browser. type the ip address of the machine on browser and the mp2000le home page will come. click login on right hand corner and type admin as username and password should be blank. go to address book and type all email addresses there. its very easy mate.
