Heating element isn't working

Sounds like the heating element isn't getting current. If you have a continuity checker or ohm meter, test the element - isolated from the fan and/or switches. If that passes, look for a thermal fuse that looks like a 22-caliber bullet. See if it passes current. Then check the function of the switch, thermostat, and any safety cut-outs like tip-over switches.

I have an AdobeAir RW4000A swamp cooler. The manual says the belt for it has part # P301045A - but I cannot find such a belt. Does anybody know he correct belt or belt length for this cooler? Thanks!

That belt part number isn't universal - it is likely exclusive to the machine manufacturer; if you order a spare part from the manufacturer that is the number you and they will use. Other suppliers use entirely different numbering systems that often indicate the belt length and type or section shape and size but sometimes not. Many manufacturers publish application catalogues listing the most popular applications. Many towns and cities have specialist suppliers that principally service other businesses in the area. Presenting your old belt at such a place is the best way to obtain a replacement. Alternatively you need to do some measuring - an online catalogue... https://www.google.com/search?q=drivebelt+measuring+guide&rlz=1C1CAFB_enGB673GB676&oq=drivebelt+measuring+guide&aqs=chrome..69i57.20452j1j15&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

HEATING UNIT IS POPPING THE

If its a resistance heater (electric heat) chances are you have a shorted out heater element. This is the most common problem with these units. You can disconnect the 220 going to the elements and turn the unit on and see if it still pops a breaker. If it don't then you know its the heater elements their selfs. If it still pops a breaker then look for a wire that go hot and shorted to either the case or another wire.
Take caution when working on 220 volt equipment as you will get shocked. You should never touch anything inside the unit unless you have pulled the power to it (Turned it off via breaker or plug or what ever means it has to connect the unit to the household electric.).
Hope that helps you.

I have a Bonair evap aircon model VSL75 with the comfort controller and I want to reduce the water dumping cycle down. I have tried the manual but that sequence didn't work.

Here are the steps you might want to follow: Setting the Draining Cycle Times (Dump Interval): This setting controls how often the unit dumps the water. You can adjust this setting to reduce the frequency of water dumping. Setting the Drain off Delay Time (Dump Delay): This setting controls the delay time before the unit starts to dump the water after it has been turned off. If adjusting these settings doesn't work, there could be other issues with your unit. For example, a continuous water dumping problem could be due to a faulty dump valve or a problem with the float valve.
