Possible that the thermostat can be fault as it seems to read into the heat developed with a wrong sensing thereby shutting OFF the unit.
The second possibility can be the trip off working due to a HIGH current drain when the heating is ON. Remove panel and make sure that the thermostat connections are tight to the panel board. Also the main plug, the main line to the heaters and the control panels are tight and have no SPARKED junctions and connectors.
Once the connections are reset , plug back the unit to confirm if these were faulty joints. If not check the thermostat.

GE Zone have two boards Drive board and control board. Sounds like bad fan motor. I work on Zonelines and the motors go out more than anything else. Rusty

Because of the various different configurations and brands, its virtually impossible to tell you how to remove your particular fan blade. I will tell you that on these types of units and being so compact they are hard to work on. But I have included the care and maintenance of the unit. You might find this helpful.

The fan shouldn't be hard to replace once you slide the unit out of the framing. I wish I had more info for you. If I had some pictures of the unit, it would be easier. Good luck to you.

Transformers do usually feel warm. If it is very hot it has likely failed internally. Check for output voltages with a digital multimeter.

It sounds like your PTAC (packaged terminal air conditioner) unit is malfunctioning. When the thermostat is set to heating mode, the PTAC should be blowing warm air, not cold air. There are a few possible causes for this issue:

Hi, If the heater goes off right away when you start it, please check the corresponding fuse within your fusebox. Also, checking for any warn wires would be good as well. I would also test other outlets verify that it's not your current power source that's the issue. Thank you.
