Each module has an electrical plugwhich fits into a receptacle in the side of the well nearest the center of thecooktop. The longer a soil remains, the harder it isto clean. See each module section in this guide forspecific instructions. Never immerse any modulein water.When not in the cooktop, modules and accessoriesshould be stored in a clean, dry place. Alwaysbe carefulnot to dropthe moddes or they couldbe damaged.Using Electric Surface Unit ModulesYou must consider heat up and cool down times forthe surface units when determining cooking times.Heat up and cool down times depend on the initialtemperature settings, the type of cookware used andthe amount of food being cooked.Start cooking at a higher setting to heat the surfaceunit faster, then turn to a lower setting to finishcooking.
