Connect the player using the provided linking cord to the PC. Now the player will be detected. Click on mu computers and you will see the new harware drive ... your Mp3 player.
Now click and open to see the whole menu of the list of songs on the memory of the player.
The songs you want to be delected must be clicked and deleted .
However if you wantt the whole memory of songs to be erased off, then right click and use formatting of the player's memory.

change the wire your charging it with. could potentially be damaged or try plugging direct to wall outlet

i have one problem in volume control system
