I am installing a ge

GE 15070 timer does not have ground wire.
I assume this timer is double insulated, just like some power tools and electronics only have two prong plug.
Leave bare ground wire attached to other bare grounds in the box, and shove grounds to back of box.
I have one of these timers installed.
Timer has red, black and white wires
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#15070

How to wire GE 15070 timer:
1) Switch has 2 insulated wires. Take switch wires and connect them to timer-black-wire and timer-red-wire. Choose either one for now.
2) In back of electric box are white wires twisted together and covered with wire nut. Connect timer-white to these wires.
3) If electric box does not have white wires described above, then connect timer-white to bare ground, along with timer-green wire.
4) Turn on electricity, and slide switch to ON-or-OFF. If lights come on, timer is wired correctly. If lights do not come on, then reverse timer-red and timer-black wires.

5) Add a comment for more free help.
6) Also take advantage of fixya phone service.
For a price, fixya expert speaks with you over phone while you work on timer or any do-it-yourself project.

I have a GXCFD GE

If there is no hot water coming out from your instant hot-water dispenser, check the following to find out the prolem and fix it :

1.Power: Under-the-counter hot water dispensers are plugged into a standard wall socket that supplies power to the unit. Check and make sure there is proper power supply. Also check the socket if it is working or not. If there is no power coming to the socket, check fuse or circuit breakers.
2.Overload Switch: If there is power in the wall socket, check if there is any overload switch on the housing of the hot water dispenser. Reset the switch by pressing it and wait for about 15 minutes. Now switch on the unit and see if hot water is coming out or not. If there is no overload switch, there must be a fuse inside the housing of the unit. Unscrew the housing and find out the fuse. Replace if it is blown.
3.Heating Element: If everything is fine but the unit is still giving out hot water, chances are that the heating element is burnt out and needs to be replaced. Check with the manufacturer for repair or replacement instructions.

We have a GE Advantium

If the unit works but it doesn't heat then the magnetron isn't working. The only way t test it is to measure the 2 voltages that power it: the heating coil - 5 volts AC and the high tension - 5000 volts DC. While you can measure the heating voltage with a regular multimeter, doing that to the high tension is a certified way to commit suicide. A very special voltmeter must be used there.
Because of that it's highly recommended to take it to a repair shop.
It's not worth losing your life for a few hundred bucks.

GE 15086 7-day Digital Wall

I think this is the dealy timer you have installed and if your relay is connected to the other side it becomes and switched on timer.
So I think if the timer controller is correct you must connect the lamp to the OFF relay and when the door is opened the lamp wil light up for the designated time set.
Is that so?

I an trying to repair

I googled "Appliance parts near Atlanta" and found several, including the one below, which is specifically listed for GE Appliance parts. You can call them, but I have my doubts that anybody would stock these. The markup on after-market parts is very high, making the repair cost so high that they wouldn't be able to sell them. It's a pretty marginal business selling repair parts for $300 washing machines, let alone toaster ovens.

How do i fix a vacuum line hose on a car that's been cut?

Alot depends on the type of hose. There are plastic hoses and rubber hoses. Generally you can use a smaller plastic connector to connect two rubber hoses together and visa versa, Make sure it is a snug fix. You could also use an adhesive to keep it together.
