check gas pressure and check to see if burner tubes clogged also check internal bypass in header spring might be bad unit is over heating that's why fusible link went bad

you need only apply small amount of lube between thumb and forefinger and turn o ring clockwise to apply lube to it. do not over lube o rings they may not seal. You may have to take pump apart and remove all excess lube. Also check for obstruction in discharge line you may also tighten band
