Freezer too warm
First off, how old is the unit? Without knowing, my advice, and what has worked many times, is to unplug the unit, and turn it upside down. Thats right. Upside down. May take a couple or few people, depending on the weight. What this does, is to have the refrigerant begin running back to the top of the unit. Sometimes it settles in the bottom, and has to have extra help to start moving properly again. If, after about 6 to 24 hours it doesn't seem to have helped, it could be that you have lost the fluid, but that doesn't seem very likely. If you had, it would run consistently at the same warm temperature. If it helps, you may want to repeat the procedure to insure that it is completely free flowing. Cheap fix, if it fixes things. Good luck.
