Most/many times this is a clogged up or restricted defrost drain system, but once in a while the drain system has been cleaned and everything appears to be good but you still get ice in the defrost drip tray and such and the drain freezes over. If the unit has an ice maker or water dispensor, etc. there's always a chance a connection is loose or a valve is leaking by. If no other water is hooked up to the refer, then the defrost cycle water that should drain down to the bottom underneath pan is what is likely. You may have to take the inside rear panels off to see if the drain line is plugged up, that would allow water from the defrosting of the coils to drip inside the fridge vice outside like it should.

The HC95DA700 capacitor is a start capacitor that is used in conjunction with the relay to get the compressor started. Then the relay takes the start cap out of the circuit and the run cap takes over. It could be any of the three components is bad. I usually change all three to be sure. If that doesn't work the compressor is locked up and, in that case, you have to replace the compressor.

I had the same problem. The cause is the digital display is not communicating with the motherboard. What had happened in my case is the plug connection between the door's digital display and the motherboard had become unplugged. The wire running from the motherboard runs below the fridge, and connects via plug located along the bottom of the fridge below the freezer door, connecting to the wire running from the display to the bottom of the freezer door. I just reconnected it and that reset the display. Glad for it too, I thought I needed a new $130 motherboard! Hope this helped!

Tip

Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Not Working

After about 1 year of usage, ice dispenser panel stops working. Just unplug and plug back after 1 minute (thinking about reboot of PC). Panel starts blinking about 15 hours (be patient!) though the compressor starts working again. Be patient on blinking!
i guess the control board stuck/hung up something on my case. Good luck!

First check to see if the condenser coils are clean and that the fan is running?

if they are okay

Call an engineer. You have a gas leak and that needs fixing before topping up.
