Oven set to 350F, using type k thermocouple ,
You will not get an even temperature if the circulating fan is not working.
You need to check the fan control circuit and find out why the fan is not coming on, possibly a failed switch relay?

Keep beeping. What does it
most of the time its a bad control board. you can try to shut off the breaker for about 30 min and turn it back on to see if it resets. But most... not all ... but most of the time within a day or so it will start beeping again.

GE Single Ovwn control panel
Fix the probelm, don't replace it with another of the same problem. Try this, it's gonna work! First of all, turn off the circuit breaker. Don't replace anything. The insulation in the ribbon cable is poor. The conductors in the cable are crossed. The ribbon cable is actually two ribbons pressed together, and the conductors between the two cables are shorting or becomming crossed. Lift the two cables apart, place a piece of paper between them, fold the edges of the paper over the cable so that it does not slip out, and make sure to shove it all the way down to where it will meet the plastic display panel housing. Turn the breaker back on. There, problem solved.

Oven comes on for 5 min then shuts down everything
Same problem here on JKP15WOW1WW. The cycle starts like this:
1) Open circuit Breaker
2) Open oven panel and push ribbon connector to ERC. Replace planel.
3) Close circuit breaker
4) Run to oven, notice clock flashing some time but not 12:00 and start Bake. Bake button beeps and starts bake coil.
5) Within 5 minutes hear a beep and all buttons on panel are unresponsive. Bake continues. if oven light is on it continues to glow. Only button that responds with a beep (and not to clear bake or oven light) is Clear botton.
Rinse..wash..lather...repeat...

Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC)
(you can check them using a multimeter)
Replace the ERC there are ten screws 3 on each side and 4 on the control leave the hex screws alone all you need is a phillip screwdriver.
REMEMBER TO SHUT OFF THE POWER FIRST lift and fold out the control panel remove the ribbon cable and remove the four screws that hold the control board . replace control panel in reverse order.
Good Luck!!
Thanks
