You have to remove the outer cover to get access. You should be aware that removing the cover exposes you to dangerous, even lethal voltages even with power disconnected.

you have electrical problems in mw. I would look at new one rather have an old one repaired.

take it in for a proper diagnosis as it could be a simple fix
with the price of new units now , it is cheaper to upgrade than to repair
