Double click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop or use your start menu to navigate to "Computer" or "My Computer." From there you should see a list of drives connected to your computer. Select the one that is your CD/DVD drive (it may have the icon of the CD inserted). Double click that and it may either begin the installation or open a folder to the drive. If the installation begins then simply follow the prompts. If it opens a folder to the disc then look for something resembling the following: Setup Install Autorun Or it may be the name of the program itself. It will likely have an "exe" extension (although your computer may be set up not to show filename extension). If you see one that seems like the right name double clicking will start it and you can then follow the prompts to install it.

Reinstall Creating Keepsakes as an Administrator, as it reinstalls it will process your registry changes and should operate correctly

It would seem like your CD is damaged.

You can try fixing it by copying the content from the cd over to your computer then run the setup.
you also want to make sure that you run the setup with administrator rights.

Check Broderbund website for an update for Windows 7.

The Broderbund.com site has manuals available for download on its support page. What I did was searched for manuals in the search area. If you do not find it on the site for free download, you can contact Broderbund on their contact us page and ask them if the manual is available for a charge. I did search for "guide" and your software product, which came up with a software installation guide showing screen shots, and there is a printable version.

Hi,
It's not that it's not supported by Vista its the fact that the software does not support 64bit operating systems and there is no updated software for it either.
If you had a 32bit OS then it may work if you ran the program in XP mode.

Uninstall HP Image Zone 4.2 (it's installed with your printer software), reboot and let me know if you still get an error message.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to Broderbund Graphics Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE Choose Task Manager That will show all instances of the program being open. Did print shop 3 work properly in win 7? If so you should never have updated. See all the grief it has caused you? Go back and install the 3.0 version and leave well enough alone Or maybe that program is not compatible at all with your OS.I have mo bo's that will not load XP but will work fine with anything prior to that. Computers are unpredictable and down right ornery at times but we need them so have to play by their rules.
