Home care is a special facility provided to a patient within the home. The patient can be an old person or one who is suffering from high illness. Home care involves
1. Personal care like help with bathing, dressing, washing hair, etc.
2. Homemaking like laundry, cleaning, etc.
3. Cooking food.
4. Health care at home, etc.
Yes, home care is a way of looking after someone who is ill or sick. You can get any type of help you want at your home only. Some of these services are free and donated or for some, you have to pay.

The normal heart rate is really an average heart rate, around 80 beats per minute. Many things can make it go faster or slower, including activity, medication, drugs, exposure to insectisides or mushrooms and others. A slow heart rate is called bradycardia, usually around 60 beats per minute. Sometimes the electrical nodes in the heart which help to make the heart start a new beat quit or work incorectly. In these cases medication or a pacemaker are required. I hope this answers your question.

This is the car and truck section. I HIGHLY recommend you call any pharmacy and they will be able to tell you better than your doctor can.

How to remove invisible but painful splinters

All of us have at one time or another got a small foreign object embedded into the skin.
Tweezers work in some cases, where the splinter etc is visible or raised above the skin.
For those invisible but painful or irritating bits of glass, steel filings, grass-hairs that just won't come out, try:
Traxa, a cream-based product which helps to draw the offenders to the surface.
Sellotape, insulation tape, or duct-tape, sticky side pressed down then lifted.
Thin film of Wood glue / cold glue, allow to dry about 10 min then peel off.
Superglue, dried, may also remove top epidermis layer, but worked for me (glass).
In all cases, area should be disinfected to help prevent germs entering wound.
Warning: Liquid Superglue can run between fingers or under fingernails, so apply very cautiously and sparingly.
And watch those Cyanoacrylate fumes!
Regards,
Clive.

Professional licenses in Florida are issued by the state, not the county. This means that if you obtain a tattoo license in Florida, you can practice in every county within the state. Of course you would have to comply with all Florida licensing rules and regulations as well as paying the applicable fees.
