hello,
This happens because you are landing some part your hand (palm) in the touch-pad when you typing. which activates the touch-pad and makes sudden movements in the pointer.
This problems for lot of laptop users, unless you can get use to prevent the hand from touching the touch-pad, the only option is getting a USB keyboard where you can plug in without any drivers and type without any trouble.
Several keys on my dell
Hi,
This is due to faulty keyboard. You have already confirmed it by using another keyboard. This is a common problem. Unfortunately, there is no reset button or settings. This is a hardware problem and reset is meant for software discrepancies.
Reason - Dirt and debris over the weeks or months keep on accumulating. Other then this, it could be due to fault in the circuitry or broken or loose wires . You could try to dissemble the keyboard and then clean it. Assemble again and check, if that works. If not, you need to replace the keyboard.
Good Luck!!
Thanks!!

The scroll bars on the mousepad don't work
Since it is a Laptop you can not just go over to the Scroll Bar. Move the arrow from the mouse over to the scroll bar. Hold on the left key below the mousepad. The scroll bar should turn a differnt color. Move the scroll bar up and down with your finger, using the mousepad.
I want to know about some adventures video games?
Check out Big Fish Games. It is a subscription service but they have all types of games including adventure and hidden object. You can also tryp Pogo since they have both a fee and subscription service. Last, but not least, you can try one of your local computer stores or the electronics section of "big box" stores like Target, Walmart, Kmart, etc.
