As adobe released photoshop CS4, CS3 version is currently not available.But you can buy it from resselers like Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Photoshop-CS3-OLD-VERSION/dp/B000NDIBYG)Since it is a paid software, you have to pay for it to get theauthorized code. As CS4, the latest version of Photoshop is there,think before buying the old version.

Update to windows 10, solved.

most browsers wont let it run- it's a big security risk. You can go to your browser settings and just tell it to run. In chrome: look in in your content settings: I have mine to sset up to ask first before each use.
