Did you buy a wireing harrness kit,? The instructions should be in with it if you did buy one. It is hard to explain how to doith because everry vehicle is different with the colour of the wires, My suggestion is to get someone to help you with it that has installed decks before,

I have the same problem. Its indicated with the phrase audio off.
There is no solution for this problem and i think both u and me will have to buy a new radio

First thing to do is check to make sure that the batteries are properly charged.

Second, make sure that you have a clear line-of-site to the IR transmitter. Infrared (IR) works the same way that your TVs remote control works - if the signal is blocked, then you will not hear any sound.

Third, make sure that you are in the rear seat of the vehicle when listening to the sound. The IR transmitter only transmits to the rear seat, so you will not hear any sound if you are sitting in the front seats. This is a common problem that i see.

Lastly, make sure that the heapdhones you purchased are compatible with your 2006 2007 2008 2009 or 2010 Toyota Sienna. Remember that some older models require RF headphones, not IR headphones. I checked http://www.audiovideo2go.com for compatibility before I purchased my headphones. They have a useful listing of all the headphones and models of vehicles they are compatible with.
