All of a sudden, I cannot hear nor can a caller hear me on either of my bluetooth devices Motorola H560 and my Motorola HS850. I have a samsung A737. The volume on all three devices are turned up to the highest levels. Neither device was turned on at the same time. What gives?

My daughter has a Samsung SGH-A737 slider phone. The problem started out being intermittent but got worse over time. The speaker would go out and she couldn't hear anything when she was on a call. She could change the volume or play music and sometimes it would start working again for awhile. Now it seems to be out permanently. Everything else on the phone seems to still work fine. My thought is that it is a bad connection to the speaker? If so, is it easy to take the phone apart and check? Any other thoughts? Of course it's just past the 1 year warranty period.
