Help! My env3 camera flash will not stop flashing.

if you call customer service they can assist you with unlocking the device over the phone or a Service and repair center can unlock it for you
I have a broken sprint cell phone the phone is
download the desktop software from sprint.com/downloads. You might not be able to if you can't see the info to "mount device" on your phone. But once you connect your phone should show up like a usb mass storage device and let you copy the info to your desktop
Green flashing light won't stop

There could be a message you looked at and backed out of and it's still being seen as new... Scroll through all of you messages and give it a look...
