Question moved from Larry's Computer Forum to Bostitch Staplers.
Have a read of the manual, but in general terms, these are not repairable. These days screws are often hidden under the rubber feet, but a new trends is to save on screws and build plastic catches into the case itself. They need a 'spudger' to press around the seam of the case and find where the catches are.

what you are looking for what they call a pusher assembly. Bostitch company uses Amex(SP?) for their replacement parts. The phone number is 800-343-9329
I have the same problem and have found no answers from Stanley Bostitch customer service. They redirect to a telephone number that does not answer. Solution: Don't buy Stanley Bostitch.
