you have to much on the circuit, you need to have a circuit put in just for your treadmill. That is why you keep popping the circuit, it not hard to do just look in your panel and see it you have a open slot ,it so go to lowe's and get you some 12-2 with ground and a 10amp breaker, and a outlet box cut a hole in the wall the size of the box and then drill a hole in the floor. Push the wire down and the go under the house and pull it too the panel you will see a pipe with wires running up it , or just use the outlet for the mircrowave .
see the video attached, lube the rollers bearing front +and back too.test the drive belt motor, replace the belt if necessary.If the problem persist, replace the old board deck belt. God bless you

indicates a speed issue. In this case, the motor speed as reported from the
optic sensor differs
from the
speed setting.
Analysis:
Optic sensor signal issue -- Either the optic sensor signal is not right, or it
is read incorrectly, or
the signal is not reaching the display.
1) The equipment is Old, and will be 100% dirty the contacts or pads.
2)By that reason the machine is crazy.
3) I am Suggesting very Strong , to clean All contact, with Solution from 50% oxigened water+50% ethilic Alcohol(100%) for to clean everything, is the best way.
The Alcohol has the property 100% to evaporate very fast.
4) In short, try it to clean everything from electronic, cables, switch, fuse or breaker, and buttons, and See if some wire is loose or bad contact( to due the poor solder)apply with solder gum, more heat for Good Solder joint.
Of course, Do not touch any electronic component with the solution or with the HANDS, you will damage any electronic component.
According to you your treadmill doesn't restart. Unplug your unit take the motor shroud off. there is a circuit board (Motor Control
Board) their should be L E D s on the board. Now plug your unit in and you will see these light up. There is a 3 amp fuse in the board to protect the board from damage. You can change the fuse to run the system. This may be the problem of a bad control panel. The control panel controls all the functions of the unit it accepts commands and executes them. Often times it would accept a command but not execute as a result of malfunctions on the control board. That's why it doesn't function. For the Best result you can try to replace or repair the control board which can be done by any service repair technician or contact the nearest dealer for a repair person. But check the electric outlet and the power unit of the Treadmill before.

You should see one of these L E D s light up followed with a click of a relay this activate the incline motor some of these boards will have a 3 amp fuse to protect the board from damage , if you see a open fuse replace it with the same exact fuse. If it blows again either you have a shorted armature winding or the worm screw is frozen.
