Change the program controler unit /the board if you need to get access to all the programs.
Remove the controller unit and make sure that the connectors are tight. Make sure the water level sensors , the door switch is working.
If there is no result the program controller is a suspect.

I washed a bath mat and the dryrot from the back came off in the washer. The washer stopped spinning and won't drain now. I checked the hose to see if it was clogged, but appeared to me clear. Sounds like motor is trying to spin but won't move.

I have the same problem with my Samsung. Did you solve it?

0E - OVER-FLOW ERROR

Over-Flow error occurs when the water level is too high. It can be cleared by turning POWER switch OFF. Water is drained prior to POWER switch OFF. The tub is drained for 2 minutes if a frequency of more than 25 KHz is detected.

The spin bearing or basket drive may be worn or seized. These components allow the inner tub to spin freely inside the outer tub. When this is the problem, you usually hear a loud sound during the spin cycle. The other possibility can be faulty motor causing the bearing to rattle/. Check out both the motor as well as spin bearing. You can get required parts from www.repairclinic.com

Surely you are in a better position to work this out than us! Try ising a hose with a rubber cup connection to fot to your tap.Perhaps even boild up a large container of hot water and carry it to the machine!

The drain hose needs to come up higher than the water level in the machine, unless it is one that does not have a pump.

there may be an obstuction at the wateer inlet valve turn off your water and remove the hoses and check for anything that would be restricting the water flow if this does not work you may need to replace the inlet valves.

If that is the same color as the rubbber boot or ring that connects the basket with the door then the boot, it's deteriorating, maybe you are using too much detergent, any way the boot needs to be replaced
