Computer won't do anything, keyboard does not light up, screen is blank
So there is not so much as a BIOS message on screen? Any beeps? If there is no life at all, you have a CPU/motherboard failure. This may be direct or indirect (e.g. no power to MoBo). Check your connections.Otherwise, your boot device may not be operating. This is usually a dead or disconnected HDD. Check that it is plugged in. Does it get warm? Can you feel any vibrations from it? It should spin even if your cpu is dead but MoBo is alive.

You may have a virus, malware, adware, a browser hijacker, or pups (potentially unwanted programs). A. If your computer will boot and you can operate it ok... Download and install Malwarebytes and Superantispyware (Note: If you can\'t do the download on your machine, do it on a friend\'s, put them on a thumb drive, and install them from it). Then scan your computer with each program, and quarantine anything found. B. If your computer won\'t boot, or can\'t operate properly after boot... Tap F8 when you are booting, select "Safe Mode With Networking". Download and install Malwarebytes and Superantispyware (Note: If you can\'t do the download on your machine, do it on a friend\'s, put them on a thumb drive, and install them from it). Then scan your computer with each program, and quarantine anything found. C. If this process finds malware, to keep stuff like that from coming back, I recommend you get the paid version of Malwarebytes.Good luckG

If the fan making a smooth spin, but the noise is too loud, then it means the fan is trying to dissipate the heat. Probably the air inlet and or the air outlet (also the fan itself) is dirty (or clogged) and you need to clean it up using a canned air.
You may need to open the case/body if the dust become a dust ball (and you need a tweezer and qtip to pickup the dust ball and clean up the fan blades).
Increase virtual memory
no proberly not,you should never do so.i understand you wan't to add moore memory (RAM)windows 32x can only handle max 4 GB.windows 64x 8-12 GB.invest in some new memory (RAM) that's best.
