Shut down and unplug your computer.
Unscrew the two screws on the back of the case and open the side panel of the case.
Remove your RAM memory stick(s) from their holders.
Replace them into their respective holders again.
Ensure they are seated properly and clipped in.
Plug your power cord back in and see if your computer will boot. You can leave the side panel off just don't stick your fingers in there when it's plugged in.
If the problem persists, then you may have one or more bad RAM memory sticks.
If you have more than one stick installed, try removing one and reboot.
Always unplug your PC before removing RAM sticks and try not to touch the copper contacts on the RAM stick to avoid static damage, they can be delicate.
Good luck and please post back about how you make out.

When you install a compatible video card to your PC, it's automatically detected, and therefore, overrides the onboard video. Be sure that it's seated correctly else you'll encounter problems. Sometimes taking the card out and putting it back in fixes the problem. Also, be sure that your PSU (power supply unit) is capable of handling the new card. There are usually specs listed on the box which inform of the right amount of amp-age of the PSU required to match up with the video card.
Hope this helps. :)
