Try reseting the ZEN. There should be a tiny reset button on the bottom left side, you might have to use a staple or paperclip or pencil tip to reach the button. Your music, pictures, and videos should all still be able to work. If this doesn't work I don't know what to do.

The songs you downloaded from limewire should be in a folder somewhere. When you set up limewire you created a folder where your limewire mp3s would be saved You may have used the default folder. Just find that folder where your files are saved then connect your Mp3 player to your computer. Your computer should recognize it as a drive and Appear in "My Computer". Double click on the Mp3 player icon in My Computer. This will open up the player. Then with the player and the limewire folder open just drag the Mp3s onto your Player. I hope this has been helpful.

Did you use the software it came with? I used Creative Centrale and it worked fine. Thats the software my player came with.

Try hitting the reset button. Its the small one on the left side. You might have to push it with a pen or something,

Oh, that happens to me all the time. I guess it's just because it's been plugged in for to long.
All you do is hit the restart button. It's located on the right side, near the middle button. Might need something smell/pointy to press it with, like a tooth picker.

Changing the filename won't change to artist, title, album ext... The easiest way I know of to change this is with MediaMonkey, a free media player. Click the link and install and open Mediamonkey. Find your MP3 player on the left side to browse the music. Highlight the music that you want to change the artist for in your MP3 player, right click>Properties.
You can also create playlists with MediaMonkey.

The first one is a DRM error and should be solved by the FairUse4WM which you can download for free from the following link.:

This will rip the DRM off the tracks and you should be able to listen to the without problem.

The other problem could be caused by codec differences. With GSpot you can check what codec was used to create the mp3s /both the working ones and the others/. If different codecs appear than you just have to reconvert the non working ones using the codec which workes.

Just look at the left side of the mp3, not where all the buttons are, but on the bottom left corner of the side of your mp3, and a little tiny barely noticeable button is there. it says "reset" click it and it should reboot or it'll start working

Did you download the disk for the mp3?

If you look at the bottom left side of the mp3, you can see a button that says "reset"
press that button and it should reboot :D

just this week i waited 8 daysto use my mosaic it just wouuld not turn on. just tuesday i reconnected it and it started to work!
to think i was already getting ready to return iht :]

Try searching again using Google, using BT 9843, but when you look down the results ignore the two letters and see if you can find an IC which is the same numbers, even if it has different letters on the front. Those letters could be just the makers letters, with the device made by different makers.

If the brightness is all the way down, simply turn it up. If not this indicates an issue with the device and you should take it to your local tech repair shop
