That is actually made by a company called Element.
Here is the users manual.

You can take music off a CD and put it on the player but you must first "rip" the music to your hard drive. The term "rip" just means taking the audio from the CD and converting it to a file format, such as .mp3, and storing it on your PC's hard drive. You will need a ripping program for that such as Media Monkey http://www.mediamonkey.com.
I can not upload music
if u have a installer cd with the device then
please install the driver then plug your device
in the connectivity cable.
I got my GC-1020 by itself, i have windows media
well...there isent much that you can do about well im going to go threw a couple of things becuase im not exactly sure what your talking about... this issue may depend on how many gigabytes (GB) it has videos are usually alot of memory... if you are trying to rip movies on to windows media player you have to rip them than go to your library to see if it worked than go to sync on the top andclick on it hihg light the thing you want to sync then press sync.. down here i have found a little tip that might help...
(The Player can sync most audio and video files, and pictures in .jpg format that are stored on your computer. Not all devices support all file types, however, so you should refer to the documentation that comes with your device for information about the file types it supports. Note that you can't sync streamed files.)
if none of this has helped you which i hope it has.. go under the button sync at the top click on the options ans press help with sync..
hope that helps. :)
PLEASE HELP
Posting solution to mark this as solved (even though poster already found solution):
Go into Settings menu, select Audio, and speaker output settings. The best is Auto, which will use the built in speaker only if headphones are not plugged in.
Problem with playing movies on my element GC-1020 model mp3 playe
when you put the mini-disk that came with your player into your PC, install the AVIconverter and it will allow you to convert certain video files into the ".avi" format, enabling you to watch videos that would otherwise be unplayable on it. there should be directions for this process in your users manual.
How can I get games on my GC-1020?
The games icon appears to be left over from a feature that was later removed. The downloadable manual from the manufacturer website also shows a game function, but its not in the manual that came with my player from Sears.
Element gc-1020 wont unlock
all you have to do is slide the button at the bottom of the player (under the play/pause button) to the left, it should unlock
How Do I set up The MP3 Player?
to solve this issue, load disc player into your drive. when it brings on the files down load english verson and repair version. Once you have done this go to your start menu and hit computer,go to E-drive. You will have to downsize your e-drive to fit on the same page, go back into the start menu to your my music files and downsize that window so both pages are next to one another. Make sure that your player is connected then drag the song you want on the player into the E-drive address bar. BUT YOU CAN ONLY LOAD FILES THAT SAY MP3. WMA FILE WILL NOT PLAY ON THIS PLAYER.
I HAD TO STAY ON ON THE PHONE FOR 2 HOURS JUST TO GET A 2 MINUTE ANSWER BECAUSE ELEMENT INSTRUCTIONS AND COSTUMER SERVICE IS SO POOR.
Anyways, I hope this helps. Happy New Year.
