just change batteries.

look closely at the battery. you know those rectangles that are on the top of the battery that connect to the phone? if they have any little marks on them that means that the battery is damaged. it can become damaged from over charging. so only option is to get a new battery. Oh and your problem is that the battery died.just get a new one. hope this helped:)

It is time to get a new battery for your phone.

It's a problem with the cpu. It cannot switch over to battery power after the charger is unplugged. its not a hardware problem. I chased every contact point with a multimeter and it all reads as it should. I re-soldered everything, used a diffrent charger, new battery, erased everything on the phone and it still does it. the only constant is the prosessor in the phone. It's a design flaw that pantech built into the phone.

hi this is a common problem with all flip and slide phones, what the problem is is that their is a small wafer thin ribbon that goes from the one part of the phone to the other part that moves now over time the little copper wires inside the ribbon ware and break causing the data to not send properly this then gives you the white screen.
Now you can get this repaired and it wont cast that much to repair, the best place for you to goto is a small phone shop you know like a private business and not a big firm, these will often be a lot cheaper as they need the custom.

hmm, sounds like you need a software update: have you tried sending it into verizon?.

you should try the up and down button on the left side of the phone. try turing that up. if tht doesnt work, try to go into your settings and check under the sounds
