You are going to need to search european websites to search for this German Wurlitzer model I have checked on the Stanmann website and the manuals go up to the SL800 however I would email Hildegard Stanmann for advice or place a request for a manual on their forum on their site.

Hi,

You need to put the service switch into service.
The display will now say "Service Mode"
Check out your manual for operation.
Within service mode you go to item 6 in the list "Options"
In options pick number 9 "More Options"
In more options pick number 1 for Free Play.

if its just those 2 numbers try cleaning the contacts or replace the full keypad
