Being that you have a copy of the disc you may want to download it from somewhere on the internet. Here is a place I found the disc is broken down into rar segments which are zip files. You will need WinRAR or a program that opens rar's to extract it all:

You cannot play that game on Windows Vista, It requires you to have msdos but vista doesn't come with dos anymore. You will have to use a operating system of ME or lower. I suggest that you dualboot your computer, or create a virtual partition that loads ME inside.
