Hi!
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
It does a lot of clicking (trying to start over and over again)
If thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
I use part no ERP410 POWER START RELAY, CAPACITOR AND OVERLOAD all in one. (110 v)

Check the thermostat for temperature setting. Also check the condenser coils and clean them if found clogged with dust. Unplug the wine cooler and wait for a couple of hours before plugging it again. If you can hear it running or whining, perhaps the compressor is being overheated. Test various components such as temperature control knob, evaporator fan, defrost timer, compressor relay, overload protector and the compressor motor.

The clicking is the sound of the Klixon (overload). It sounds like the compressor isn't starting for some reason. This is common if the unit's cycle was disrupted (such as a power disruption) as the pressure in the high and low side takes a little while to equalize. A hard start kit could be installed which adds a capacitor to the starting circuit of the compressor might help temporarily.

HAVE YOU CHECKED THE SWITCH ON THE COMPRESSOR OR THE FUSE ? AND IF THE COMPRESSOR IS KICKING ON CAN YOU HEAR THE BLOWER FAN KICK ON ? IF ALL IS GOOD THEN YOU HAVE A BAD CONDENSOR THAT WILL BE THE NEXT THING TO CHECK
