During bootup, makes pong sound then goes to white
Its a hardware failure! Usually a hard drive failure.
If you have the software Mac Tools, put that cd into your drive and boot the mac tools software to test the hard drive.
If the hard drive passes, then the software is corrupted and need reinstalltion.

Do you use Time Machine?
If so you you can go into time machine to the time you had old firmware and reinstall from there. Or do you still have old firmware? if so delete new and reinstall old. If you have clean my mac it will find anything on your mac that is associated with new software when you delete that might cause you problems.

How do i block a web site
it's easiest under system-preferences - parental controls. There are also options in Safari, but parental controls will block other browsers as well.

How do I recover lost data?
If the computer won't even turn on its most likely a non-hard drive issue, which is a GOOD thing. Your lost itunes data can be successfully recovered by following these steps:
--uninstall or remove the current hard drive (on the broken computer) ---buy an external casing that fits your type of hard drive (take old hard drive with you to store or write down the name and model number to insure you are picking the correct case).
--connect the old hard drive into the new external case
--connect external case to a working computer through a USB input.
--find and explore the old hard drive on new computer screen,
--locate itunes folder
--copy the entire itunes folder or choose which files you want from the old hard drive and paste in itunes folder on the working computer and you are done.
If you are not computer savvy, unsure about what a hard drive might even be or just don't feel like doing it yourself the above solution can be done by Staple's or have The Geek Squad have a go at it.

You may have damaged the video graphics card on the main logic board of your MacbookMacbook Pro.Unless you have knowledge on how to go in and physically troubleshoot this geniune hardware issue, I would recommend you do you to your local Apple retail store Genius bar, or Apple Authorized Service center near you and have your Macbook looked at.Just for your reference, I have taken the liberty to provide the store locator links to your local Apple Retail store as well as a general store locator for locating any local Apple Authorized Service center in your area.

I have a new MacMini 2021 Monterrey O/S. I use Zoom but my Gear Head Webcam F#2 4.8mm is not on or is not connecting? IS it compatible with Apple Monterrey O/S?
