My laptop cam stoped working
Not worth fixing you might see if there are any updates fo your laptop if not keep using the computer anyway the reason I say don't fix is the costs verses new one they might want 300 to fix it we'll then u can have a brand new one for that so it's your choice
Half on hour my automatically turn off
Solution for this problem:
- Stop Overclocking your CPU.
- Make sure your Heat Sink is placed properly above the processor.
- Clean the Processor fan, Heat Sink and other peripherals.
- Use High Speed fans.
- Use CPU Heat Sink Paste in the processor.
- Fix OS registry with reliable program like I always use Reginout.
Hope these tips will help.
Laptop freezing acer aspire 5520
If you are carrying it around, and you are getting black lines across the screen, you have a lot more than thermal pads to be concerned with. The connections inside are breaking down and arcing. (That's what the ssszzzzzzzZZZTTT noise is).. Unless you are good at repairing printed circuit boards, you should take it to a repair shop.
Tune up utilities problem, msg coming on my laptop
Tune up program is one of the worst softwares .It slows your pc down. But your problem is that it must have been for a trail and know you have to buy it.If you already bought it try and contact the seller
My laptop has stop working and screen becme black,
If it seems to be on but the screen is black you can try plugging into an external monitor or tv then push "fn" key and something like "f4" at the same time and it should switch to the external. if that works you need a new lcd screen.
Notebook auto off cannot enter windows
Overheating When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail. A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are clogged with dust. Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan. If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use a small brush and can of compressed air to do this.

Depending upon the age of your battery and your own charge habits, your battery may be on its way out. If it is new, it may be defective and you should contact Acer support to determine if the battery is covered under the manufacturer warranty (which is usually 1 year from purchase date). It is always a good idea to let your battery fully deplete (as much as possible) before reconnecting to a charge source, and then disconnect and resume battery usage as soon as fully charged. Many users stay "plugged-in" with their mobile computers, and do not understand that this actually destroys the battery's efficiency.
My laptop has 384MB and I have Windows XP. My
You should have at least as much disk space available for virtual memory (swap) as you have physical memory.
So, if you have 2GB of RAM in your system, then you should have at least 2GB set aside for as swap on your system.
In your case, it seems that you have 512MB of RAM on your system. This is your problem. You need at least 2GB of memory on a Windows XP machine in order to have smooth operation. Also, freeing-up disk space on your system is necessary. 384MB is just not sufficient.
Run the disk cleanup utility under "Start » Select Programs » Accessories » System Tools » Disk Cleanup" and have it clear out temporary files and compress old files. Additionally, clear the cache on your web browsers(s) and finally delete or burn to CD any large unneeded files.
Also make sure to empty your Recycle Bin.
Once you've done this, then run the disk defragmenter:
"Start » Select Programs » Accessories » System Tools » defrag"
and allow the system to defrag your C: drive
All of these actions will significantly improve the performance of your computer.
Hello my name is pearl my dell d600 runs and after
hi pearl. This can be an issue with the operating system, software or it can also be hardware. try going in Safe Mode and attempt to do System Restore to a point when it was still working fine. Be sure to backup your data if you can before you proceed. if that does not work, try to restart the computer, press F8 when it tries to start, then if you get to the advanced options menu, select the option to disable automatic start. This can help you verify if a blue screen error is causing it and enable you to take note of it. It would also be a good idea to run a diagnostics to possibly check for hardware issues. For dell, i believe you can turn off the system, then press and hold the FN key on the keyboard and press the power button. Release both of them and let the system starts. Be sure to note down any error which may indicate if there is a hardware issue detected. If none, might also need a reinstall or Windows repair.
