Try entering simulation mode to reset the error first, to do this make sure the machine is in COPY mode. Then press the following 4 keys in order: #*C* then enter 16 & press the copy start key. Then follow the instructions on the screen to reset U2 error. When complete, press CA key to exit simulation mode.
