Check repair manual. Try ebay you may find a replacement. Or a site thefind.com. Otherwise your welding supplies store.

Remove the roof, front panel, exciter brush holders, exciter nut, centering collar, exciter armature, exciter frame, generator housing, then the main armature. Support the engine carefully while doing this. I am a certified Lincoln tech and I do this monthly. Cutting the bars in the bell housing to get to the flex plate bolts can lead to a broken crankshaft. I have a poor fellows broken crankshaft here to prove it. So, please do it correctly and carefully. Also, change the armature bearing. It's cheap insurance.

Usually caused by a loose, burnt, or corroded connection. Check and clean all connections you can find and see.

Bleed your fuel system.

Check your power outlet and do not use. an extension cord. T :) e welder draws 20 amps and a normal home outlet is 15 amps. So get as close to you incoming power supply as you can.

Any welder, that has an output voltage. Look for a manual for it.

It is likely a hole in your muffler.

You will need a 50 amp circuit for that machine for the supply. If you are talking about the wiring inside the machine, then you will need to take it to an authorized repair facility.

Make sure the ground clamp has a good connection to both the work piece and to the welder Sometimes the welder connection is overlooked.

Have you got the TIG torch and earth lead pluged in the wrong way around ? Should the torch be negative and earth positive ?

Sounds like your CT or CT board is bad. CT stands for Current Transformer. A CT senses an increase in voltage draw or current, which will trigger the idle solenoid.

Believe it or not call Wallmart, they just might have the tires you need. Or try one of the tire .com places, just enter your tire and rim size, most the time they will be tax free with no shipping charge. automotivewarehouse.com might carry them. first check check tip is right size for wire or is unobstructed may just need a clean with tip cleaners.if this is happening while trying to change wire roll try removing the tip feeding the wire through then slide tip over wire.

The solution may be that your welding machine is dirty with soot on the inside. Unplug and remove the side plate on your machine and blow it out with compessed air. Keep the nozzle of the air hose aways back so you won't damage stuff and blow all the accumulated dirt out. This is something you should do weekly in a busy welding shop to make sure your welder will run cooler. Take notice that the fan sucks air in to the welder and in this way it is always sucking dirt and soot inside your machine too ! P.S. wear proper P.P.E. ! Welding soot is not so good in your lungs...
