Scanner was working fine kids played with buttons now it wont scan and pick up anything how do i get it back to where it was
You can remove and reinstall scanner driver. In most cases it will solve the problem. Before proceeding make sure none of the buttons are sticking in. I have come across similar cases where kids with sticky hands just made the buttons to get dirty and stick. So clean and press several times asch button to make sure they click correctly.scanner should be off or unplugged while pressing the keys.
If that doesn't solve it. Follow this instructions. I am assuming you have a windows PC. Click windows. Then click computer /my computer. Once you see your files and folders by the left side you should see my pictures. My downloads. Computer etc. Take your mouse over my computer and right click. Then choose MANAGE. A new window will open. By the left side you will have different options. Click on device manager. At this point the scanner should be on and connected to PC. At the device manager list you should see a list of all your computer components. Under imaging devices the scanner should appear. Unless this is a multipurpose all in one printer it may show up under printers. Look around and locate you scanner. Them put your mouse over and right click it should display PROPERTIES. after you click it you should see a small window and a textbox that says uninstall driver. Click it. Confirm it. After it finish unplug the USB cable and power cable from scanner. Re start computer. After of is back on plug AC power to scanner and finally the USB to computer. At the bottom right corner of the screen you should see a poppy message saying new device detected. Looking for drivers in database or similar. After a few moments a new message will say your new device is ready to be use.. At this point it should work. Good luck.

How do I correct error code 2147483650?
To fix this, follow the steps below:

2. Make a new folder under the Data and then change the name of the folder with a 5-digit number such as 11111.
3. Copy the files below from the corrupted folder to your folder 11111.
Company.900, Linkmgr.900, Manager.900, Tranmgr.900 and Camsave.900
4. Click Start and then Run and then type the command C:\Tally.ERP9\tally.exe data 0.
5. Press Ctrl+Alt+R and click Yes to confirm. Wait until the process is done.
6. Exit Tally and re-open it to see if the problem has been resolved.
Alternatively, if the above steps didn't work for you, remove Tally and all its components completely. And then restart your computer and reinstall it again to replace all the corrupted files.
