Did you try taking out the battery to reset it that may work if not maybe you should look for another one it does sound like internal hardware damage if not the reset should work.

Try to charge up your phone or see if your batteries aren't put in correctly. If those two options don't work, try to change out battery if necessary

Hello Dennis,I had a similar problem with an LG 800 phone I had to get a "Wilson Electronics 815225 Sleek Booster Single" for it to use the phone in the basement apartment where I live and it works great I get three to four bars now. However it costs about 80.00 at Walmart, and Amazon, I couldn't use the reception booster while away from home though so I found out that Samsung, phones work much better here and most other areas as well. sounds like you need a new phone but id take it to a where ya bought it and see if a different battery fix's problem. ive had a battery that would discharge all its juice at random and had that burn up a motorola. hope this helps
