i have a napoleon wood fireplace, I just installed it in a fireplace. It seems like I can't get any heat out of it. I installed a cheminee liner up the cheminee. I think that the heatloss is going up the cheminee??? It is a older Napoleon, maybe 5yrs old. Glass door with gold trim. I have a hot fire but no heat. Burns fast and also using good dry wood. Thanks pat.

Need instructions for replacing the igniter in Country Flame Little Rascal Pellet Stove (NPS-1000). I am told old style igniter no longer available and I have been sent a new style. It looks totally different and is about an inch longer. How does it fit my pellet stove?
