The outside handles on my Miracle ME8 rice cooker broke off. This breakage is not due to misuse or hard use. I am a chemistry professor and well experienced with proper lab technique and how to maintain equipment. My ME8 has been used very little and always used and stored with great care. How can I get new handles to replace the ones that broke?
