My computer is an old Gateway. I have an internet connection on a laptop using vista and a router. I want to use the router to connect to the old Gateway but it says to put in the Novel Netware cd and I don't have one. I downloaded the files that I needed onto my laptop and burned them to disk but the old 98 computer isn't recognizing the files on the disk. The files are able to be viewed by other computers using xp. Is there a special way to format the files to work on my windows 98?
