I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a toaster oven under $100 that does a nice job with baking, reheating, toasting, and broiling? Because it sits on the counter, it should also look decent. Don't necessarily need a convection function, just something that is solid and will stand up to regular use.

Food is taking longer to cook. The temperature is set but I think that the heating temperature is not being maintained throughout the cooking time I have it set for. When the food is removed, I find that I have to add more cooking time, to complete for thoroughness. Is there a heating element or something else that I can check & how do I do this I don't even have a manual? But I'm not afraid to explore. Thanks for any suggestions.
