unable to scan to users pc after messaging transformation .... information doesn't appear to be flowing between domains. Old domain dsa.state.va.us DNS & Wins primary 10.170.240.20 DNA & Wins second 10.170.240.21 New domain cov.virginia.gov DNS & Wins primary 10.192.2.21 DNS & Wins second 10.192.2.22 Have tried both settings on this device, and still get error message..unable to connect. Only 2 out of 11 user can connect to PC when using scanner function. one user is mapped to PC name, and other user is PC name + .dsa.state.va.us (old domain name) All other users...are mapped PC name + old domain name. Is it a simple as changing this device settings & for each user to the new domain?
