My stand mixer is not the tilt model, rather there is a handle on the side that raises or lowers the bowl. The problem is that the paddle beater is banging on the side of the bowl. I have adjusted the screw on the mixed behind the bowl to no avail....

when mixing a light dough for 4 minutes at speed 2, the mixer suddenly stopped running though the power was still on. I shut it off to "reset". But now it revs at speed 10 for a few seconds when turned on to "stir" and then dies. Will not reset...
