I received my new G10 yesterday, and first impression is that this is very well built camera with lots of capabilities.

I am sort of a beginner in photography. I have a Canon Rebel XT what type of flash should I use for indoor photos? I want to take pictures live bands playing in a local club, where the light is dim and sometimes dark. What flashes do you recommend?
It would be great if I could also get some info on what are the best settings for this type of indoor photography.

My Mtz 45 cl4 only fires intermittently (both on test and synch), it appears that something fires, ie lights on back illuminate to indicate a flash fired and a very small ''starter'' flash on both bulbs but nothing more... do i need a new bulb? or is it more serious? thanks, Nick
