my hp photosmart allinone copier was copying thing just fine, then it stopped and said the ink cartriges where not compatable with my copier. they are brand new and the are the right cartridges. the same ones i always get.it is a C4480 allinone. oh and i was not on line at the time, and have tried rerunning the program disc. no difference.
