My GlobalStar 6100i USB Free to Air Receiver does not seem to work. The pilot light is on, but that's it. Nothing else is displayed. I checked all the connections and they seem fine. I can't seem to get anything up on the TV, not even the menu. I have switched the main power on and off several times but it doesn't do anything, apart form sometimes it says 'boot' on the display. It seems to me like the box is kaputt?

The GPS information picture is not complete. Only the setup page is shown. The words Setup and GPS at the bottom of the picture are missing. Thus I can only access the Setup page while the GPS-page is not there. The problem is on my laptop while everything works properly on my PDA. Both computers have Windows XP home edition. The PDA with service pack 3 and the laptop with service pack 2.
