The power button doesn't turn blue anymore when I press it and it doesn't turn on. The actual flat screen does turn on but it says "Warming PC entering power saving mode." That doesn't make sense because the tower won't even turn on for me. I've tried plugging out everything and plugging it back in. I've tried shutting off the main power source.

I had this same problem. It worked fine for four years (with the same graphics card, so at least in my case it wasn't an issue... but I can see how it could be in some configurations), then it just stopped. I took it into a specialist, they took it apart, tested it, and was told that some element on the monitor itself failed. I don't recall the name. They said it was in fact repairable, but it was not economically feasible: for the repair cost I could buy a significantly larger and brand-new flat screen. That was a shame because (1.) I hate our throw-away society, and (2.)the size was perfect for my limited space and basic purposes (...and I liked the discreet, non-flashy flat blue-grey finish). So I took it to a recycler's. I'm still looking for a replacement that would fit as well in form and function as the F1703. The ones on the market in this size now don't appear to be adjustable in height, etc., like the F1703 was.
